I have always worked out. I "thought" I was in decent shape, and I "thought" I knew what I was doing. I wanted more muscle and saw ads for the fighter diet challenge on facebook, and thought "...guess I can try that...people's results look pretty good."
Well everything I "thought" I knew...I was wrong. I was not in good shape, and I had been doing it all wrong! :)
I learned how to lift correctly and heavy. I learned how to eat correctly, and eat A LOT. I learned that for my body and goals, cutting calories and doing too much cardio was counterproductive to my goals.
Most of all, I learned I am now addicted to the fighter diet lifestyle. Why? BECAUSE IT WORKS! If you are willing to put in the hard work and dedication....IT WORKS! 100% of the time. And to top it all off, you get to be a part of an amazingly supportive group of women, who encourage each other on a daily basis.
Joining the fighter diet challenge was the best decision I ever made. I'm excited to continue to the journey with the next challenge. Fighter Diet is a great program, company, and all involved are amazing.
