“I remembered Pauline’s words from a challenge I previously had joined but did not participate. She said you are “a skinny fat”. It finally made so much sense to me and the bulb went on. So I joined the next challenge which was Cuts and Gainz.

I had two major goals in mind. Get fit enough to pass the physical agility test to get into law enforcement and get healthy and remain an active lifestyle. I took this path seriously and did this while recovering from a spiral fracture of my finger which required surgery.

I strictly followed the Fighterdiet meals and even though I couldn’t complete a specific work-out, I still gave it my all and I showed up everyday. My motto was to turn up the music in my garage, leave the negative thoughts outside my head, take it at my own pace and just enjoy the music.

The transformation happened and I’m still in shock. Now I look at myself in the mirror with a sense of accomplishment and it feels so good. Good enough to conquer the day, inspire others to do so and to enroll myself into the next challenge.
