“I love protein so this is great!” Uhm, if you’re doing Keto right you won’t have that much protein at all compared to a high protein diet. Keto is not high in protein. If it is, you’re doing it wrong.
“Keto works 100%. It is the only diet that got me lean” So how come you are not on Keto now then? Oh, you got hungry? Oh you wanted carbs? Well, then how well does Keto really work for weight management may I ask…?
“No problem to train heavy and hard bodybuilding style on Keto”. Maybe not, but compared to a carb inclusive diet guess which one will have you perform better? You might believe you’re training hard, but if you don’t know the difference then you can’t really make that verdict.
“Keto is the best diet for cancer protection since it starves cancer cells”. This I feel is misleading a lot of people into Keto for therapeutic reasons. Yes, Keto does have its merits and benefits, but I have not seen a study comparing a veggie dense diet like Fighterdiet to Keto and the effect on cancer cells. You’re missing a lot of compounds in veggies known for health benefits by avoiding a whole food group.
“Oh but you get to eat a lot of veggies on Keto!”. No, not compared to Fighterdiet. If you think a cup or two of spinach daily is “a lot” then sure. But that’s nothing on Fighterdiet
“When you eat fat like on Keto you burn more fat”. You still wont burn more fat if you are not in a deficit regardless of your diet! Yes you can gain body fat on a Keto diet just like any other diet! Do you like to be hungry when leaning out?
