A fitness challenge is designed to teach you how to stay on a program featuring nutrition and training systems that work to get results in short period of time.

The challenge’s difficulty lies within its nature, the results won’t be as dramatic as you expect, everyone gets disappointed it takes more dedication than “healthy living”.

In the begin motivation is the strongest to complete a so called “body” transformation, and if you know you’re going to kill it and get so lean once the challenge starts, you’ll be excited while keeping on eating crap one last time so you’re extra plump at start.

This last minute extra sabotage many fitness coaches endorse, the rapid weight loss stories with “ I used to be fat now I’m fit and all is perfect” are what brings more signups, nobody cares about the “I used to be fat and now I’m not and I’m so happy it’s year 2 sober from junk life never going back” follow up message. But I do.

When you join a challenge, prepare for the drop in motivation, so you must motivate yourself every day, not wait to get influenced to feel sad.

A challenge can be all education and focus on healthy eating and taking better care of your body, to train like an athlete not like a model, but if you notice yourself cry about the lack of “looking the life” then remember it takes years to build up what you see in marketing is “2 weeks”.

A fitness challenge is not based on having you succeed at all, it’s only about “get it done then you’re on your own”.

After the time in a community focused on the goal to make you fit, lose fat, feel great, you’ll likely look forward to the end and you believe “it’ll all just remain alive just like a house you build” automatically.

And when you’re finally done you end up with the blues, feeling lost, as if life just became so difficult to hold on to..

 So you fall off!

But that’s why you are my daughter and I teach you how to master your mind so you can feel free and be who you wanna be because you are your own best friend and that’s the way  to love your life! Join my Fighterdiet Challenge to be in my community I lead in happy fitness life!
