10 reasons why NO other diet is for me than Fighterdiet

1) I have a big appetite. I would not be able to stay or get lean relying on portion control and if it fits my macros alone.

2) I respect my body and that is why I eat the way I do.

3) I like to eat from all macro groups.

4) Fighterdiet is easy to do anywhere in the world where you also have food.

5) The variety of foods makes it easy to do for life.

6) I love not having to eat 6 meals a day unless I want to.

7) I can choose when and how much I want to eat.

8) If I travel or can't eat my regular volume, Fighterdiet provides me tools to manage anyway.

9) Fighterdiet doesn't include bullshit rules that aren't necessary to get results.

10) It's the only diet I succeeded at sticking to!
