10 things to KNOW before you DECIDE!

1. I, Pauline, will be in the group to answer questions in the scheduled live Q&A sessions.

2. You have access to FIGHTERDIET savvy coaches who will assist you with things like 'what if I need to change a food, how do i calculate my tweaks' etc

3. If you don't love the scrumptious FIGHTERDIET meals, you can ALWAYS adjust to what you prefer. No meal is set in stone, no ingredient is 'holy'.

4. If you're injured you can STILL make significant changes in your body. NOBODY leads an active life without ever getting strains, pains and aches.

5. The workouts can be shortened by reducing set volume if you're short on time.

6. The facebook group has proven to keep my challenge contenders on track. When someone's about to throw in the towel for something like "I missed a workout", the other members and I are in there to give you the towel back!

7. Learning is the spice of life. We are never omnipotent and it's NATURAL to feel a bit anxious about changes.

8. If you've already done a FIGHTERDIET challenge, you know the process and you notice each challenge takes you closer to your goal.

9. Structure is critical for success and my program provides you that.

10. Vegan, keto, gluten free, Intermittent fasting, back loading etc = You can TWEAK the default program. Do not worry.
