+ No need to digest food before you train.
+ Psychological benefits of feeling like you're doing something right.
+ Might decrease nausea from eating too fast being all rushed to get going.

Cons
- Does in NO way make you lose more body fat.
- Does in NO way enhance muscle protein synthesis.
- Does in NO way increase caloric expenditure, actually with decreased intensity due to low blood sugar, your metabolism will go down (body preserves energy).

Good to remember:

* Eating increases your metabolic rate
* To get strong and lean: eat FD, train hard.
* Fasted training is not superior for fat loss.
