Fitness isn’t a body game

It’s a game of chess between instinct and drive. It’s sparring between ambition and comfort.

It’s a matter of you vs evolution.

It’s about long term success, one step at a time, blindly continuing your pursuit without hesitation and taking a leap of faith that by being consistent and doing what you know needs to be done, not what you want to do to get it done.
