How to get rid of Water Retention

1) Drink ridiculous amount of water every day. When you do, your body doesn't need to retain as much.

2) Salt your meals or include salty foods. If you don't consume salt in your food, your body will hold on to whatever comes in.

3) Eat vegetables to balance out sodium with potassium.

4) Get your sleep! Too little increases stress and stress loves water.

5) Get lean. Most people obsess about water that covers your definition which is actually just body fat.
