This is what you need to change if you want to change!

Human nature makes us resistant to change, but when you want to improve your body, there are a few things that must change:

 • Stop eating junk food. Yes, I know. With our busy lives, it’s so easy to grab something on-the-go instead of cooking it..but if you plan ahead, you are planning for success! 

• Eat enough .. It hurts me when women who train so hard tell me that they eat so few calories every day and do not get results. Food is fuel for your body. It’s not supposed to scare you!

• Stop doing « ab challenges » that you see everywhere on the internet .. or that « booty challenge » from girls offering nothing but half naked picture perfect selfies on instagram. 

• Prioritize your diet. Always. If you miss a few days of gym, it’s okay.. life happens! If you miss a few days of good nutrition, there is no doubt that it will affect your results. 

•Don’t underestimate sleep. To me, sleep is as important as nutrition. If I don’t sleep at least 6 hours, I can’t fonction properly. My energy is low, my patience too, stress is high and I also tend to crave junk food!

• Stop drinking your calories. I’m not saying that you can’t have your favorite frappucino once in a while but having it a few times a week can really slow down your progress. 

• Stay away from alcohol .. as much as possible. Keep this for special occasions.
