My philosophy is based more on psychology combined with physical art (bodybuilding) than it’s about performance and competition.

The name “fighterdiet” came about in order to define the mentality required to stay lean 365 days of the year. Now, add another challenge to the equation: to gain muscular strength and stamina while simultaneously lose body fat is the infamous catch 22 of fitness.

So how do you accomplish all that as a drug free (aka natural) athlete or fitness individual? Well, for me and many others it’s via diets like fighterdiet, but whatever diet you enjoy that also provides you maintainable results as well as provides long term health is the way to go.
